Customer Service Agent
PAPERWRK is looking for a Customer Service Agent to work remotely and help provide support to our users.
The role will require you to work on customer issues daily using our Zendesk account, monitor and track tickets for closure and resolution, and escalate problems to the appropriate team member or manager. This role is critical to our customers, and we require an individual that is capable of working independently and be able to articulate, in a well-written manner, the response back to the customer.
You will have administrative duties in managing the Zendesk FAQ pages and ensure that this content is kept up-to-date with any new features or changes made to the app. We are open to listening to your ideas – help PAPERWRK become a great service.
This part-time role will suit someone wishes to work a few hours a day, or manage their own schedule around family life.
Skills and Experience needed for the role:
+ Zendesk experience desired but training will be given
+ Outgoing personality and good communication skills
+ Compassion and understanding for a customer’s needs
+ Ability to work to deadline
+ Good English Language grade and attention to detail
